Privacy notice
The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and collects no personal data. There is no database behind it — by design, there is nothing here to store your information in.
What we collect, and why
The only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to send us — by emailing hello@amlshift.co.uk, calling us, or booking a meeting through our Calendly link. We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange the conversation you asked for. We do not add you to mailing lists, share your details with anyone else, or use them for marketing.
Calendly bookings
If you book a meeting, the booking itself is handled by Calendly on their own website, under their own privacy notice. We receive only the details you enter there — typically your name, email address and chosen time.
Who we are
The data controller is AMLShift (Arian Zarei), based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). If you have any question about how we handle your information, email hello@amlshift.co.uk.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong;
- ask us to delete your information;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@amlshift.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
